Rental Information
The minimum rental period is one month. A unit owner may allow pets provided that there be only one dog per unit and that the weight of the pet can not exceed 45 pounds.
A lease application (long-term or short-term) along with a $50.00 fee must be in the possession of the Management Company before occupancy. Absent submission of the form and the payment of the $50.00 fee, the Association can deny the tenant use of the pool and clubhouse and can seek his/her removal from the unit.
