Our swimming pool is at the center of the complex
The deck around the pool is a place to sunbathe, meet and converse with neighbors.
Clubhouse
Adjacent to the pool is our club house that includes a full kitchen, large meeting room with big screen TV. The meeting room is available for casual TV watching, group dinners, condominium meetings, get togethers and private parties. There also is a workout room with free weights and a weight machine.
Docks
There are fourteen deeded dock spaces. Ownership of these spaces may be transfered only to a condominium parcel owner
Nature Preserve
Across from the docks is a wildlife preserve that is accessable only by kayak. It is home to a variety of bird life including, egret, heron, and Osprey. The lagoon is open to the Gulf of Mexico so it contains a variety of fish and both dolphins and otters have been known to visit.
